All proposals, estimates, timelines, and pricing are based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional work, revisions, integrations, or change requests may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe.

• Invoices must be paid according to agreed payment schedules.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of materials and data provided by them.

• Fillinx Technologies Inc. retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

• Final deliverables are transferred upon full payment.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public business, technical, and operational information shared during engagements.

Projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, software licenses, or cloud services. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, security incidents, or operational failures caused by third-party providers.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, incomplete information, or unexpected behavior. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before business, legal, financial, or operational use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fillinx Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services in cases involving:

• Abuse or harassment

• Fraudulent activity

• Non-payment

• Violation of these Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws where the Company operates.
