Service Nature

Fillinx Technologies Inc. provides professional and customized digital services including consulting, software development, and AI engineering solutions.

Due to the customized nature of services, outcomes, timelines, and deliverables may vary based on project complexity and client collaboration.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Clients may be eligible for partial refunds only when:

  • Work has not yet commenced

  • The Company is unable to deliver the agreed service

  • A duplicate payment or billing error occurred

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Completed work or delivered milestones

  • Strategy, consulting, discovery, or planning sessions

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication, approvals, or materials

  • Third-party software, subscriptions, licenses, APIs, hosting, or platform fees

  • Change of mind after project initiation

Milestone-Based Projects

For milestone-based projects:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable

  • Remaining future milestones may be canceled according to contractual terms

Subscription or Retainer Services

Monthly retainers or recurring service plans renew according to agreed billing cycles unless canceled in advance.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us directly before initiating disputes or chargebacks with payment processors. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent termination of services and legal recovery actions where applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on banking and payment providers.
