Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by written notice via email.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, clients may receive a partial or full refund depending on administrative and onboarding work already completed.

Once work has commenced:

• Charges for completed work, hours, consultations, or milestones remain payable

• Remaining unfinished work may be canceled without future billing obligations unless otherwise contractually agreed

Recurring services may be canceled before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are guaranteed for partially used billing periods.

Fillinx Technologies Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:

• Non-payment

• Abuse or harassment

• Illegal or unethical use of services

• Violation of contractual obligations
